This is the smallest dosage of bioactive zinc that I could find. I am taking it with prolonged release vitamin C and B-Complex, both low dose. The goal is to deliver a steady supply each day to ease fatigue caused by Hashimoto's disease. The combination does help.

Perfect size. Easy to swallow. I love that they don't have any added fillers or chemicals like a lot of other vitamins do. Works well to help with acne. I will definitely buy more.

Just needed in my diet

This is a clean medication with fewer possibly toxic additions. Right dose, good price, Perfict for immune support. Others have too many things added which you don't need. Doctors recommend this amount or less to a healthy diet to prevent illness
