Deserves 10 stars
VALRHOMA Cocoa Powder. If 10 stars was a rating possibility, I would gladly give 10 stars. This cocoa powder gives my baked goods a richer chocolate favor as well as a deeper chocolate color. My grammy's (born 1901) chocolate cake recipe was always my favorite of any cake I've ever tasted and I received many compliments over 50 years of making her cake. However, using Valrhona Cocoa Powder has given it a richer deeper taste. I never thought grammy's could be improved upon...Valrhona proved me wrong, grammy's cake is now the best it can be. I highly recommend Valrhona Cocoa Powder. I believe in it so much I sent some to my friend 2000 miles away from me.

Absolutely the best
This is by far the best cocoa powder out there, and it really elevates the quality of any of my baked goods that call for natural cocoa powder. I’m happy to give people my recipes but I always warn them that if they want the same results they need to use this product! I didn’t even used to like things like chocolate cake because they often just taste muddy. Chocolate cake tastes chocolatey when I use Valrhona.

Top of the Line Cocoa
No wonder many of the best chefs in the worls use this cocoa. Doesn't get much better. I use it for hot chocolate and it has such amazingly rich depth of flavor. Highly recommend.

Most Delicious Cocoa Out There
Simply the best tasting cocoa powder out there. As my daughter says, it can make anything taste good. I use it for everything from rich ice cream and sumptuous cakes, to healthy energy bars made with a bean base or a date base. Seriously, even those healthier, far less rich treats taste great when made with this cocoa. Flavor is just superb.
