Order them!! - I recently was diagnosed with venous insufficiency. I met with a specialist and before I began my procedures he recommended I start wearing compression stockings 20-30 mmhg. I did a lot of research and decided leggings would fit my lifestyle best. I ordered a few different brands. Immediately these were my favorite. They are dark and tight. They have a basket type design. They look like leggings. They are super thick! I often wear these for 24 hours at a time. Yes, they are that comfortable! They are very tight and found the secret to putting them on. Wear latex gloves like what doctors use. I am 5 ft 6 and weigh 150 pounds but my legs are huge. Account to sizing I got the XL. I have a little extra room in length so sometimes I pull them down half of my foot and sometimes I pull them to my ankle. There is a interior panty which is nice since it’s too uncomfortable for me to wear undies under them. They are also thin enough so that I can wear them under pants, jeans or yoga pants. Ideally I would prefer to not to have to wear support leggings but if I have to, they have a customer for life! I would love to see other fun colors available or even patterns if that’s possible. Review: Seem to be good quality, but didn’t work for me - First, I want to say these seems like a quality fabric and a quality product. Unfortunately, the largest size did not fit. I was able to return them, which was quick and easy. I believe I ordered the extra large and I’ll feel that it was more like a medium. But like I said, I think that these would’ve been very helpful if they had fit.

deffinately a legging and not hose, that's what I wanted
I'm glad these have compression but they are a little tight. Be sure and measure your body and buy appropriately. I ordered what I would normally wear and they were a little too small. I'm making them work. Not a lot of stretch in these and maybe that's why they are had to get on but the compression is exactly what I need. I wish there were compression legging that came if cool artistic patterns, don't you?

Meh
I needed these for after a varicose vein removal procedure. They just weren't comfortable. Material was very thick, waist was very high, and overall compression seemed to lack. I returned them and just used my thigh high instead.

Love ❤️!
I love how these terramend compression leggings feel and fit! Excellent value and perfect for someone who struggles with vericose veins, blood pooling and dysautonomia (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)

Similar to winter leggings
I bought these to wear after sclerotherapy. I had been advised to do sclerotherapy in the winter since you have to wear compression hose to get the best results. These compression hose are so thick and plush they are like winter leggings. Not see through at all! The waistband is nice and high and there’s a different material at the top to cause a nice smooth line at the waist. It is very good quality material that allows you to tug as necessary to pull them up. I would highly recommend these! After sclerotherapy it is recommended that you wear hose for 14 days so buying a second pair might be a good idea so that you can alternate them and wash them.

Runs small
I ordered a XL since I am 5’9” and weigh 179. Ran very small, couldn’t get them over my thighs! Sent them back for a refund. They were very tight around the legs. Quality was fine, just runs small.

Used after surgery
I had medically needed liposuction surgery to remove Lipedema from my legs and needed full compression as opossed to just stockings, I ordered these and wore them just 2 days after surgery. Like all proper compression, it was a struggle to get them on right, expecially after having surgery! I used a trick with plastic bags... you put your feet into plastic grocery bags then slide your feet into the compression leggings... then you just "walk" them up your thighs little by little and once they are up just pull the plastic bags out. Only issue was that the seam right at the waist did not stretch and since I had just had surgery, I could not stand the pain the pressure caused on the bruising, so I cut the seam off. The leggings are still usable like that, no running or anything which means they are of good quality material. Plus side is they have a panty on the inside which is of nice stretchy material too. Overall I am happy with them and will be ordering more so I have plenty available since due to my condition I will need to wear compression probably for the rest of my life. For size reference, I am 5'6, size 16 and about 218 lbs and I ordered an XL.
