Nicely illustrated and the colour coding for arranging flows is a great idea. Newer yoga teachers would love these as an aid memoir. Good to learn the Sanskrit names for the various positions and could be used for pick and mix yoga sequences to vary class routines too.

great cards, given as a gift. I didn't use them... someone else is a lot more younger and in shaped than I that LOVES YOGA. They are already used by my friend healthy -- lol

I received it today and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The deck is stunning! The cards are larger than standard playing cards, and they are incredibly durable and high-quality. The poses are easily visible from a distance, and the information is simple to read. The box looks premium. I have another yoga deck that I don't particularly enjoy using because the cards are small and difficult to see when on the yoga mat. This deck is a much much better. I would definitely purchase these again to give as a gift.
