This little warmer is amazing! Gets the towels so hot, and the door closes so quietly. So well made. I highly recommend it!

The handle broke after 2 weeks. But since I bought this a month ago, it's now too late to return. Update: I contacted the manufacturer, and they were very responsive and professional. The issue has already been resolved through a refund/exchange. Also, apparently you shouldn't use disinfectant wipes to clean this warmer. The product itself is a good size and works well functionally, so I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars..

Usually i think barbers don't get a good visual of the size measurements of this type of items. It's small guys. Fits maybe 8 towels all snuggled together. Super lite weight. Gets hot. Give it an hour. I like it for a small barbershop. Busy shops it's a no.

Tengo 3 semanas con el y ya dejo de funcionar, ya no calienta nada. Si prende pero ya no calienta. Que mal sabor de boca.

Good

Smaller than what I thought it would be. Use faceclothes in there and cam fit a dozen but it takes longer to heat so use 6 at a time. Not sure how it will be with hand towels.
