Update: the bed was returned for a full refund under warranty. I would have preferred a replacement because the cost of buying a new one would have been $100+ more than the original price. I did not buy a new one. Update: 5 months of regular use Seams are starting to unravel. I've contacted the seller requesting warranty assistance. Will update again once that's sorted out. ~~~~~ Ordered to replace a queen air mattress. We've used it several times in the two weeks we've had it. It's main benefit is comfort and a big plus is that it stays inflated. We pack it away daily because of the space where we use it. I can appreciate that the bed will stretch a little when first unpacked and will need a punch of air after to make up to the desired firmness. Once inflated, we let it "acclimatize" for about 15-30 minutes and add some more air to desired firmness. The bed maintains the new firmness through the night. If you use fitted sheets, they may not fit as well as on a regular mattress. Ours fit fine, but not a perfect fit. We use 100% cotton sheets. The fit works well enough for us. All in all, I'd recommend this bed without reservations.

UPDATED * Very comfortable mattess and long how long it is as I'm very tall. The way it's built makes me feel supported and it's incredibly easy to set up and take down. I hope it lasts lol *Used for one night and was woke up on the floor with the inability to reinflate as the valve seems to be broken. Also noticed a sizable hole in bottom of mattress. I have contacted warranty as I only bought in April of this year - will update if and when this is resolved. UPDATE: Warranty process is very easy to follow and they offer both refund and replacement options. NOTE: Do not contact King Koil as they do not have anything to do with the airbeds. I had lost the info the bed came with and had a hard time finding the correct contact info as the website Amazon directs you to for seller isn't correct and should be updated.
