Acne Control Clarifying Cleanser - Salicylic Acid

This is literally my favorite cleanser. It has helped so much with my acne and oily skin - I've been using this for over 3 months, and the difference is very obvious. It does have a slight cooling effect that I enjoy - it's very refreshing w/o any burning sensation. This literally can last you forever, all you need is a pea sized drop of this cleanser to wash your entire face. It foams very well - and is fragrance free, which is great for sensitive skin. I find that if you use this cleanser, you should defiantly use their acne serum and a moisturizer daily - because it is for acne, it can be a little drying if you JUST cleanse your face - but I found that as long as I follow a routine: cleanse, apply Microbiome Balancing Serum, apply acne spot-treatment, and apply a facial moisturizer...my skin looks and feels GREAT! I've even noticed that after washing my face, my pores look smaller - and my face is less greasy throughout the day.

Use this to double cleanse start with a foaming cleanser and use the Murad second. It has help with breakouts and foams up nice. Feels minty on the skin due to the tea tree leaf oil in it if that’s something you don’t like feeling.

Love this stuff! When I started using this product years ago, I never looked back. I used to have troubled skin. Uneven skin tone, bad texture and acne. I used other products before I found Murad. Acne products can work very differently from person to person, but Murad worked for me. I use the clarifying cleanser and toner. I love that these products last for months, which is another bonus. A little goes a long way. It's been my tried and true for all this time and I don't foresee that changing!

I've been using this cleanser for over a year and it has been wonderful. I am unsure of why there are so many negative reviews recently, perhaps there were defective items? I used to have bad cystic acne that would pop up every once in a while. I started with this cleanser and the serum in the same line. It helped immensely but it did take time. Give it at least a month before getting angry. Some things work and some things don't. That's life people. Anyways, I use this once per day, in the morning, and a more gentle cleanser at night. Because of this a bottle can last me more than 12 months. Amazing! I like that the ingredients fight acne continuously after you use it. Therefore I don't have to use additional acne products and can work on fighting other skin concerns like anti-aging. I start with a (yes, Murad) toner after cleansing, follow up with a serum and finally the Murad Essential C Day Moisture + SPF 30 to protect. It's the best moisturizer btw. I can't say enough great things about the product. It does what it claims and is super affordable especially for the quality. Once you receive your product check the expiration date to ensure that it's not expired (I mean, who really knows where these sellers got their items and how old they are??) This is how Murad explained it to me: The batch code on the product will provide you with the production date. The batch code consists of a letter-number-letter-number combination. The number represents the year of production and the 3rd letter represents the month it was produced. Sometimes there are two letters at the beginning, just focus on the number-letter combination. The code will be stamped on the bottom of the bottles/jar. For the tubes it will be stamped on the crimp when the back of the tube is facing you. For Example: N3L0 would have been created November of 2013 CC4F1 would have been produced June of 2014 CC5J2 would have been produced September 2015 We do not use the letter "I" in our codes. Below is the chart for the months of the year. A = January; B = February; C = March; D=April; E=May; F=June; G=July; H=August; J=September; K=October; L=November; M=December Any of our products, when stored properly and unused and unopened have a shelf life of 3 years unless there is an active ingredient listed. Active ingredients would include Salicylic Acid or sunscreens for example. These ingredients are listed separately from the other ingredients and their specific percentage is shown. In those cases the unused/unopened package has a shelf life of 2 years.

this face wash is the best!!! it instantly clears my face i love it. definitely worth your money :)

My face feels clean after using. The only drawback for me is that it's very drying on my face. It's too soon to.tell if it works for my acne. It is definitely not moisturizing.

I have redone my whole face care routine with having to wear a mask 8.5 hours a day in a very physical job. I chose Murad Clarifying Cleanser as to use on a daily basis. I have extremely sensitive skin and can't use a lot of skin care products. This cleanser works wonderfuly and is a great addition to my skin care routine. It doesn't dry my skin out and even better doesn't cause me any breakouts because of harsh chemicals.

This Is the best and only Product anyone with acne,should use if they want REAL results!!!
