How is this so much cheaper then competition, is this real?

The serving size indicated on the bottle says 2 which is equal to 300 mg. But it depends on your needs. For me, I take only one capsule (150 mg) a day. But go to WebMD and look at the dosage you may require, or talk to your doctor if you need to take 150 mg or 300 mg per day.

It says 'French Maritime Pine Bark'. I would assume France.

It seems to be a #2 capsule, 3/4" x 1/4". So smaller than the average capsule.

Why does it have rice powder in it, since most rice has elevated levels of arsenic?

rice powder used as filler and anti-caking agent. Most arsenic is found in rice husk which is removed. The arsenic is a nature element in soil and absorbed by any thing grown in the soil.
