My son absolutely loves this toy

I am really impressed with the quality of this toy shotty. The look is authentic, the pump action and shell ejection are authentic and the fact that it comes with a "green" dot sight is even cooler. The "shot" shells could have been left out of the package as they don't always shoot all three shots and are harder to reload than the darts in the shells. There are more things that could make this more awesome, like a sling and stock shell holster because the extra shell holster doesn't secure the extra shells very well, but for the money this is a GREAT shotgun experience for young kids learning how to safely handle shotguns. And, a great secondary weapon in a dart blaster battle!

My son begged me to order this toy shotgun with his Amazon gift cards, and it did not disappoint! He loves that it ejects the shells, which makes it feel much more realistic than a typical NERF gun. He's a big WWII and military history buff, so this quickly became one of his favorite toys. He proudly shows it off to anyone who visits!

This was easy to setup. Just a couple screws and slide the holder and sights on. The foam darts just slide into the shells. You can put four on the side and load 4 more into it at a time. Shoots great and ejects the shells as you go to reload. Overall it has been a lot of fun to try out.
