Disappointed
I was disappointed to find the product is just latex caulking. It doesnโt hold up that well. This is one year of wear on a deck. The surface was wire brushed and pressure washed before application. Might work inside, but not outside.

Works perfectly easy to use.
Worked perfect on the bottom edge where the floor and walls meet, had micro holes that water was coming though. Put a 1/2 chamfer all the way around and so far it has sealed up everything perfectly.
