Great texture and taste
These have a great texture and work well in curries stir fries or anything else you would normally use real chicken pieces in. For those who follow SW diet plan they are also syn free!!! So add them to your dish and pile up your plate!!

An excellent vegetarian option
These are great, almost as versitile as chicken. There aren't any good for marinating as they don't infuse the flavour very well, but for curry etc they're great. For stews I find squishing them so the break up gives a better texture in the food.My other half is quite happy to eat them straight out of the pack as a snack while cooking.

Not a fan of the taste
I guess it depends on how you cook with it. I used the same sauce as I would for my chicken but this product doesn't absorb well. On its own, it tasted sour for me.

Technically, a meat-free chicken is a chicken skeleton...
You have to do some work to give these chunks depth of flavour, but they can be left in a marinade of your choice (soy sauce, five spice, chilli flakes) and added to a stir fry. Great source of protein.
