Is this cream good for the neck?

Hello, I don’t know if it’s good for the neck however, I use it on my thighs, under my arms and around my knees, and I have seen significant improvement and I’m by my second tube. I’ve been using it for approximately 3 1/2 months. I hope this helps best of luck.

Will this help reduce the Appearance of stretch marks?

No save your money I’m sorry I think the only thing that would take care of stretch marks is laser
