Mir hat es sehr gut geholfen
Ich nehme es jetzt ca. 5 - Wochen .Perimenopause bedingt habe ich starken Brain Fog (Gehirnnebel) gehabt.Ich hatte Wortfindungschwierigkeiten, ständig habe ich was vergessen auch tägliches und extreme Schlafstörungen. Ich nehme Lions Mane jetzt immer morgens(vorher abend hat mein Schlafproblem verschlimmert).Meine Wortfindungsschwierigkeiten sind viel besser sowie auch die Vergesslichkeit.Auch der Schlaf ist meist ohne ständiges aufwachen

The ultimate brain supplement
I suffer from brain fog serious lack of focus and concentration and this has been a massive help. To start with it doesn't feel like anything is different then after a week or so you I noticed an improvement on my short term memory so tried stopping it for a few days incase it was my imagination. After 2 days without it I noticed a big difference in focus concentration and felt my work was deteriorating so started taking them again and quickly felt the effects. My work improved my focus and concentration improvement and my well being as a whole improved. I was calm in the most stressful situations as my confidence was through the roof. I felt like I had a better sleep and more energy in the morning. These are great value for money the taste is non existent which makes them easy to use. The tablets are very small and are pressed so no plastic capsules. All in a great product. I now have a subscription.
