Q: Is this big enough for a Flemish Rabbit?

Not big enough for a Flemish Rabbit.

Q: Does this fit a doe 10+lbs? She is currently 12lbs.

I'm going to say no.... We have Netherland Dwarfs and they are only a little over 1lb. it provides a lot of space for them but opening is a little more narrow than the internal space (more spacious.) May be a tight squeeze getting in with not much room to turn around once inside for your doe.

It's large enough for a mini lop and very roomy. The medium is also large enough and cozier. I would by the medium for one bun, the large if there are two.

Q: What happens when it gets rained on and all wet? Is it ruined?

I've never got mine wet but yes, I would assume that once it's wet it's ruined.
