Third class service of Orient
Purchased fan in Mar 24. Sound issue started within 2-3 weeks. Got it repaired 4-5 times thru authorised service center. Still problem is there Informed customer care, Fan has to be replaced as it is under warranty. No support from call center & service center. Arrogant service center people

not that silent
i wanted a low noise fan. At times noise is low as expected but at times it is irritating!

dont buy
The media could not be loaded. Due to lockdown i not open the fan last 3 month when I open fan i saw its colour is different but my colour is white and Amazon return window is closedAnd the fan make much sound

Update: After 8 months of use the fan speed has not control and the light has gone bad plus it is giving bad small when we switch it on.Looking at warranty.The look is grand unlike the regular ceiling fans. However at lower speeds it is a bit noisy. Higher speeds is good. The lighting can be controlled independent of the fan which is a plus. The lighting itself is quite low luminescence which means you can get a feeling of candle light dinner if your dining table is just below the fan. Note that the blades attract lots of dust. For such a price I would have expected dust free kind of finish for the fan.The remote itself looks quite not very attractive - it looks more like the one you get with a toy!
