Philips Portable Radio AM/FM with Speaker, AC OR Battery AM FM Powered Radios for Travel with 3.5mm Headphone Jack and Frequency Tuner, Telescopic Antenna

Unpacked the box, inserted the required batteries and nothing, no sound at all, not even a crackle. Tried the a/c cord provided, but still nothing. So a complete dead radio. Bitterly disappointed after the long wait for delivery. I wonder if this is a genuine Phillips or a fake? So, on top of the cost of the radio and £11 delivery I have now had to pay £24 to return it !!!!!!

Lindo, porém já parou de funcionar. Estou procurando uma autorizada para solucionar o problema. Triste pois foi um presente. Foi colocado na voltagem correta, até pq a compra foi na voltagem da casa da minha tia, enfim, demorou mais pra chegar do que o tempo de vida. Sigo sem solução, produto não funciona.

Device worked for only 5 minutes. Product is so old and obsolete. Had to put it in the bin. Never had this sort of failure before.Chose Philips which is a good brand. But a big disappointment this time. Will never buy Philips products again.Sorry to share a poor purchase.

Se siente robusta y de buena calidad su construcción, la recepción de radio es buena, el volúmen del sonido no es alto pero sí es de buena calidad.
