Is this onyx or agate?

Dear customer, this is a tiger's eye stone and Matte black agate.

Are these matte, because they don't look like it from the photos?

They not but you can request the black onyx to be matte

I need a 9-1/2 will it fit. If not can I order?

I have small wrists. The bracelets stretch. To me they are perfect. Especially for the price. The stretch band may need to be stretched out more for you......

what is the inside diameter?

It's on elastic strong cord so it stretches and the inside hole must be at least1/16 inch but this is a guess. The bracelets are 7 to 8 inches wrist. hope this is helpful. Sondra
