Great when it works/ Update below
I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to do so with this item. The unit is amazing & easy to use, but the battery life is awful!! I get about 4, 15 minute sessions, medium pressure, no heat, before the battery is drained. Battery also goes dead when not in use for a week more. None of this would be an issue if it didn't take a minimum of 12 hours to charge. I am not exaggerating. I have tried various other charge cables & outlets...nothing changes. Very frustrating!! UPDATE: Immediatley after the above review was posted, the company contacted me and have been working overtime to make things right. Evidently, the battery in my unit is faulty. They are sending me a new unit. Like I said above, the massager feels amazing & is easy to use. I've also noticed some improvement from the pain/numbness in my hands with regular use. It's very rare nowadays to get good product support & customer service. You certainly can't go wrong with this product because if there is an issue, Lunix USA will bend over backwards to make things right. Thank you Lunix!!!!

Effective Massage, Terrible Battery Life
My left hand won't close. The fingers curl enough to type and no further. Doctors don't have a reason yet, but my rheumatologist suggested getting a massager. I settled on this one after reading various reviews, though the runner up is much less expensive. Pro: Good strong massage. I started on the lowest level, which was soothing, and each daily session notched it up. I stopped at level 3, not even halfway up in strength, as that's plenty of pressure. The heat is not as hot as I can handle (I effectively shower in lava, per my husband), but does a nice job of soothing and relaxing. After a few days of use, my hand seems less stiff and has improved range of motion as best I can tell without measuring, though it's still nowhere near touching fingertips to palm. I have only tried the full hand massage as I like getting my wrist massaged as part of the session. It's very lightweight, easy to haul back and forth from desk to charger, but has a firm grip on my desktop and will not slide during use (at least for now -- rubbery feet can lose grip over time). The controls are easy to understand after a short viewing of the online manual (the manual that comes with it just gives a URL to the current manual, along with a Quick Start Guide). The timer is easy to read at a glance, so I can prop my tablet in front of me to read a book while my hand is massaged and quickly note how much time is left in the session. Neutral: It does leave deep "dots" in my skin as seen in many review photos. They're gone within minutes, and don't itch. The charging port is down under the curve on one side, making it awkward to insert and remove the cable. I think I'm pulling on the cord more than on the plug. The manual says to keep it on a firm flat surface. The only one of those I have at resting arm height is my computer desk, but I have not got a place to plug the massager in there, so I have to carry it back and forth each night and morning. As to fit, I have small slender hands. 6.5" from base of palm to tip of middle finger. The lump to put my palm on inside the massager is a tiny bit too close to the far end, so my fingertips stick out into the slot at that end instead of being held by the fabric area or the bump fits a bit too far forward under my hand. Once the massager starts up, I can't shift my hand around to get off a spiky bump pushing into the side of my thumb, so I have to be very careful on placement before hitting start. Con: The battery life *sucks*. It takes 7 hours to charge (the manual says this and it did take at least 7 hours for the initial charge). One 15 minute session with heat drains over a third of the battery. The manual repeatedly stresses to use only the correct charger (5V 2A, not that I have any idea how to find out if my other chargers and cables match that), and never to leave it unattended while charging. I may be at home a lot but I'm not babysitting this thing for hours. The manual also says to always use common sense, which to me means just put it on a solid surface with lots of circulation and spot check it when I happen to be near the bathroom where I have a plug for charging this thing. Because of the battery life, I have to carry the massager from office to main bathroom each night, plug it in during my shower the next day, and once it's charged, carry it back to the desk. I can deal with this for my hand health but long term it's going to be tedious.

Battery life is AWFUL
Update 3/18/25: Received a replacement from Amazon within one day. Guess what? Same thing. Full charge. Turn on machine and drops to 2 bars immediately on battery. Manufacturer advertises 2 hrs with everything on. Get maybe 35-40min tops. Not even close to what’s advertised. This one may be going back as well and get my money back. This is too expensive to have a crappy battery which is a shame because the massage works great. Had this unit for little over a week. Massage it awesome. Battery life is AWFUL. After letting unit fully charge and unplug it, immediately drops to 2 bars before using it. Lasts maybe 30min -45min if lucky. Requested a replacement unit through Amazon and see if new one does same thing. As of now rating stays at 1 star

It works.
Pros: Simple to use. Can change settings while using. Light-weight. Can walk over for a coffee and not know you are wearing it. The arm size is generous. From my large forearms to my Lady Loves smaller forearms both have equal results, satisfaction. We had enough charge before a recharge. Our best was 4 times at 30 minutes (four hours) both arms utilizing all the features including heat.Over two days. Battery staying power for our new machine, so far, is good. We go about 3 1/2 hours plus before we charge. The reason for five stars for value I checked out at lest 30 other machines and one was like an institutional one about $2000.00. Range as low as $60.00. This had features I liked air pressure not mechanical. Cons. When the battery is flashing almost dead and you need to charge, for us, through the usb cord which is provided (no plug) it takes a good 12 hours through the usb plug in our outlet to fully charge. So far so good.

What Battery Life?? 😆
I purchased this gadget hoping to help relieve pain and numbness with my carpal tunnel issues. However, I paid WAY too much for this, considering the battery life is terrible. The compression feature is great. The timer? Great! The heat feature? Great! But don't expect the battery to last too long. Both of my hands have the CT issues. If I do a 30 min cycle on each hand with heat and on the continuous setting, my battery will already be low. I do understand that these features will use up more of the battery and I would have hoped the battery life would be MUCH better when considering how much I paid for this. Also, this compresses your hand. It doesn't massage it. Just FYI.

Feels wonderful
I bought this because I’ve been having pain in my hands from over use, and because I have trigger thumb problems. The first time I used it was HEAVEN. It really made my hands feel great.…EXCEPT my thumbs. I mean it felt good while it was in there, and I had it on the lightest setting, but the problem area at the base of my thumbs ached for a while afterwards. I kept trying it on different settings, and there are so many, but the result was the same. Perhaps after I get the surgery it will be different, but for now I can’t use it. It’s a darn shame too, because this unit has everything I need for the rest of my hands. There are so many settings too, so I’m sure it will work for all kinds of issues, just not mine, and that’s not the machine’s fault. Loved it.

Feels Solid (time will tell)
I have Parkinson, pain in the tremor hand due to dystonia (stiff) Only used for a few days, 2-3 times/day. To early to say about result but it's a strong massage device and it feels good. The big upside is no frikn app! It works without such annoying app and stacked options. 🙌
