When you open the packet and smell this tea, you will imagine yourself in a little cafe in Turkey having a hot deep red tea. It brews very nicely and has authentic taste and smell. You do not get the bitterness as on other cheaper brands. If you are looking for high quality authentic Turkish tea, this is it.

Best tasting black tea I have tried with plenty of caffeine, according to AI which one should take with a grain of salt. Having a similar amount of caffeine with 2 tablespoons of tea as the Davidson's Organic Irish Breakfast but to me having a stronger more pleasant taste. Tasting less like grass with a bolder taste but also holding up well when mixed with half and half and sugar which I add. The only disadvantage when making this tea is the 15 minute brew time.

No sugar and it is still slightly sweet to my taste. There is loads of information online about how to make Turkish tea - follow them. For a strong but not overly so, brew, you need 4 teaspoons in one mug - 2 teaspoons for one Turkish tea glass.
