I’ve been using this electrolyte powder for a while and I’m happy with it. It does taste quite salty, so I mix it into drinks or even Greek yogurt where the salty taste works well. I’ve noticed better hydration and overall feel better using it. Good value for the price.

I love this, I do intermittent fasting and this helps me feel energised and full. I would recommend. It has no added sugar so it’s good for when you’re fasting. It’s actually not as salty and the other electrolytes I used to drink. The benefits are definitely there. Only thing I don’t like is that the tub was only half full which is why I gave 4 stars

Been using this for a couple years, its difficult to fully say if this has had an overall effect or whether its just i drink more water in general. But personally I find it gives water somehow a bit more of a refreshing taste. It looks grainy in water however, ive never noticed any grittyness when drinking. For the price and servings, its decent!

Using it while on 18-6 Keto diet. Taste is negligible. Works well especially on the 24hr fasts. Use it while cycling also. Dissolves ok as far as I can see.

The amount of pottasium is low , taste is manageable and it's a good thing to have to rehydrate any time of the day, comes with a scoop for easy measuring/dosing. Please improve on dosage instructions rather than saying one scoop for every hour of intensive workout.

I do a lot of fasting, sometimes up to 10 days at a time. I have been using electrolytes in water for years, but I've always felt quite bad no matter how much or little I consumed. So I did some extensive searching to figure out the best ratios, which eventually lead me to purchase this product as it has a more even sodium to potassium distribution. Since then my mood and overall energy has improved significantly. Most other electrolyte powders have too much sodium compared to the potassium, and I've found this can cause me to become dehydrated rather than rehydrated. This powder not only makes me feel perfectly normal while fasting, it actually eradicates my hunger entirely. Furthermore, this tastes so much better than the other powders I've tried. All the other powders I have tried have a grittiness to them that floats around. I've noticed that with this powder the grains tend to eventually dissolve and stick to the side of my water bottle. I'm assuming that this is just some kind of anticaking agent. It's pretty easy to clean off anyway, and the product stills seems to do the job. The only thing missing from this blend is some form of phosphorus, which helps prevent refeeding syndrome when breaking an extended fast. Vitamin B6 covers this, though.

Brilliant product, I was on a keto diet and really aided me throughout by adding this twice a day with meals, kept me electrolyte levels going and felt really good
