Very happy with this system. Aesthetically pleasing and a real performance powerhouse. I use this system for AI development, rather than gaming. That said, the interior was thoughtfully designed and well organized. Almost no cables on sight! I like the LED lights more than I thought. Ubuntu Linux 24.x didn't have drivers for the NIC, so I had to install the newest 25.x for networking to come up. Smooth sailing after that.

Not worth the price. I bought this computer as an upgrade from my current computer. I find the performance sorely lacking when compared to my previous computer that had a 4090 graphics card. On that, I used to be able to have two games running at once and on this one, the games freeze and automatically shut down. I would have been better off keeping my old computer and saving my money... this computer is trash compared to that one.

My recent experience with Adorama has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal, marked by their own errors, contradictory statements, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I ordered a specific item from Adorama, only to receive a completely different, incorrect product due to what they initially admitted was a "listing error" on their part. Instead of taking immediate responsibility, their initial response was a generic return process that would require me to re-order the correct item, effectively penalizing me for their mistake. When I pushed for a more proactive resolution, emphasizing the significant inconvenience their error caused, Adorama shockingly shifted their story. They then claimed the item I purchased was "not offering this item for sale," a direct contradiction to their earlier admissions and the fact that they accepted my payment and shipped an item. This entire process has been incredibly time-consuming and deeply disappointing. I've had to spend considerable effort and time trying to get Adorama to simply honor their end of a transaction, or provide a straightforward resolution for their acknowledged error. Their customer service provided conflicting information, lacked any proactive problem-solving, and left me feeling entirely neglected and unheard. There has been no compensation for the significant time wasted or the immense frustration caused by their operational failures and poor communication. It appears their priority is to avoid accountability rather than resolve issues fairly for their customers. Prospective buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Adorama. My experience clearly demonstrates a lack of reliable product listings and a concerning failure to provide competent customer support when problems arise.
