Worth it!!!!
This Pc shipped quickly and arrived as expected. Upon opening the box the pc was packaged wonderfully and securely. Once out of the box I inspected the pc for loose wires and screws as it said in the included quick start guide. I did have a few loose screws and one loose wire however this is expected with shipping. Once I resecured them, I started up the PC, and it turned right on. I noticed the fan in the middle on the bottom would make about a quarter turn then stop, however the RGB was working properly. I turned the computer back off after it finished its installs of window and other basic programs and rechecked the wires to see if it just was not fully seated, but all wires where fully plugged in. Upon further investigation I found one of the black silicone spacers was on the bottom of the case under the fan. Once I removed it the fan started and runs as expected now. I have no idea where this spacer came from as every screw that has needs one has one and there are none missing so I am left to assume that it is an extra that got left when the PC was put together by the system integrator. Since then I have spent about 20 hours gaming and more hours than I care to think about using this computer for school and work and it has been such an impressive machine. I cannot say enough good things about it. I am sure somewhere a part was selected to save money, but I could not have built a better PC for the price!!!

Misleading Advertising, Off-Brand Parts, and Poor Support Experience
I purchased a pre built PC from Skytech because they heavily advertise the use of name-brand components and trusted hardware. That’s what sold me on choosing them over building it myself — I expected transparency and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The first issue was immediate: when the PC arrived, the 360mm AIO cooler wasn’t even plugged in. I had to wait multiple days to get help from support, then open the system up myself to fix it, not exactly the “plug-and-play” experience you’d expect from a pre built. That same cooler turned out to be from a brand called “Cooler One,” which, to be blunt, doesn’t seem to exist. There is no online presence whatsoever; no reviews, no website, no tech specs. Even one of Skytech’s own reps admitted they couldn’t find it. It’s a liquid cooling unit, and if it fails, it could cause serious damage, especially after the one-year warranty runs out. I’ve gone back and forth with their support multiple times, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite clearly explaining that my concern is about the quality and legitimacy of the part, not just that I “don’t like the brand”, the response I received was dismissive and surface-level. I was told they wouldn’t consider a replacement unless the part was actively causing problems, completely ignoring the fact that the brand doesn’t exist in any meaningful way. No reviews, no spec sheet, no presence online, even their own support rep couldn't locate it. I didn’t ask for a premium upgrade, I asked for a replacement with one of the name brands they publicly claim to use. Instead of acknowledging the misleading nature of their advertising, I was met with condescension and told that "computers are smart enough to shut down if something fails," as if that makes using an unverified liquid cooling solution acceptable. They’re clearly more concerned with minimizing cost than upholding customer trust, and that really says everything. To top it off, they also advertise interactive RGBs and fan control, but these features are locked behind a pay walled version of third-party software (a “Pro” license for their partnered app). Again, not something they make clear up front. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed. I feel misled, and I wouldn’t recommend Skytech to others who care about knowing what’s actually in their PC. There are better options if you want honesty and quality in your build.

Good prebuilt if you know what you’re getting
TLDR: would definitely recommend just know what you will be getting some parts will be on the cheaper end. Had this for 6 months now. Got it on prime day sales. It was my first gaming pc. Been researching for awhile planning to build but with the prices these days pre builts really aren’t a bad way to go if you know what to look for and what you’re getting. I ended up buying this for less than I could have built it for. I don’t have a microcenter anywhere close so ordering online it is. The pros: Better parts than expected Pny 5070ti Montech fans unlike what the Amazon post shows Lexar 2tb gen 4 ssd Team group t force delta 6000 cl36 memory Ran great out of the box and no issues so far. Nicely packaged and delivered without damage Comes with m&k Was impressed with great cable management The cons: (I’m gonna be picky on some of these) The keyboard is awful…started not working first day. Mouse is cheap like the keyboard but hey at least they included both right? It’s a gigabyte b650m mobo(cheaper end) so not as many usb ports as I’d like and 1gbps Ethernet port. (Personal problems imo) No issues with it but cheaper no name non modular power supply. Found a couple loose screws on the fans when I first opened it. Probably from shipping. Overall thoughts: It was priced right, setup was simple, arrived with no damage, nicely packaged, and gaming is great on it. IMO if you come into a prebuilt knowing where things might be lower end to save the company some money and know what you’re gonna be in for/getting it’s not a bad route. If you order this pc before plugging any power to it make sure everything is plugged in in fully and maybe double check the screws are not loose anywhere. Shippers don’t like to be gentle so who knows how much movement it goes through before arriving to you. I’m giving it 4 stars since I had a couple small things that I found. If I could have I would have gave it 4.5 stars honestly. The screen and gpu support bracket I added after those don’t come with the pc.

Slow start but now it's a beast
Amazing computer just had games crash for over heating, trust me they were on normal settings. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what was wrong. Reapplied the thermal paste, replugged everything, still same issue. Then I thought has the bios been updated? That was the issue, now it's amazing, not a hiccup.

Excellent
I absolutely love my pc I play rust for anyone wondering I was looking for reviews that were rust related but couldn’t find none anyways I had got the pc have had it for 2 months now and I love it incredible download speeds upload speed the pc looks clean with nice air flow-9 fans, I can run rust at 200+ fps which makes it all worth it to me it’s definitely expensive but I’d say it’s worth it for those who don’t wanna bother building there own.
