Good smell. Good amount. Don't know why it considers that it's a lighter scent. You can still smell it. Love the nature of the product because it's so easy to use, and makes sure doing the laundry actually nets you a good result, which is nice smelling clothes. Haven't seen that it does any stain removal, but it does smell clean. Can't tell you how long it lasts either, because I generally don't hang my clothes in sections that are scented with one particular thing. They get mixed into the "general population" as it were of things that haven't been washed in a while. I just know it smells good once you take it out of the laundry/dryer. No, it's not going to still smell good if you stink up the place by doing a heavy job out of the house in high heat and humidity, or of you're a stress sweater. But I have deodorant for that. I just want my clothes not to come out of the cleaning process smelling like nothing good. These boosters help them initially have a soft but good smell. I love the smell of orange, so this works for me. Like it better than some very perfumed or musky sort of scent products. Feel cleaner wearing something that has been pre-treated with a smell like this one. And Downy tends to make the best ones, as you don't have them sticking to your clothes after the wash. They dissolve well, which is important, esp. if you are washing in cool/cold water. I give it an "A"

Love the scent! But sometimes there are remaining pieces when doing a somewhat larger load, not everything will dissolve and that's kinda an issue.

Beautiful, light scent that doesn't leave you coughing and gagging from how strong it is.

smells fair to good. it has a orange smell but somewhat synthetic. it's a combo of orange and general perfume. not a good as essential orange oil. my wife likes it cause it's easy to use.

These beads work perfectly with my Tide Pods Oxy Max laundry detergent. A nice long-lasting orange scent, which keeps my bedding & linens soft and luxurious.
