2024年10月下旬に購入。その後、通常使用で2025年3月上旬に磁石部分とリングが外れました。 保証内容に、『12ケ月以内であれば、製品に問題が発生した際、いつでも交換や返金の対応をさせて頂きます。』 と記載がありましたので、交換できないか、販売元に対応メールを送信し、現在返事待ちの段階です。 リングが外れてしまいましたが、次のとおりとても使いやすく、また使いたいオススメできる商品です。 ・価格が安い（セール時はもっと安い） ・TIKTOKの縦動画でも、立てて手放しで見ることができる（リングが2段階になっている為） ・youtube、NETFLIXの横動画も、好きな角度で見ることができる。 ・磁力が強く、簡単にはスマホから落ちることはないが、外しにくいわけでもない。(Magsafe対応ケース使用） ・5ケ月程度使ったが、リングの関節部分が緩むことがなかった（女性はやや硬く感じるかも） 惜しい点は、 リング本体がやや重たいところ。 12ケ月もたずにリングと本体が外れたところ。 くらいです。 上記のメリットが多くて、重いところは特にストレスに感じません。 カフェなどでTIKTOKやyoutubeを見るときも簡単に立てかけて見れるので重宝します。 重く感じたら外せばいいし、バッグに入れたら特に問題ないです。 とても使いやすかったので、リングが外れたのは残念でした。 また是非、使いたい商品です。 2025/3/22 保証期間内とのことで、新品を送っていただきました。メッセージのやりとりも迅速で、対応も親切丁寧です。とても信頼のおける出品会社です。

ESRのmegsafe対応スマートフォンケースと共に利用していますが、普段使用していて外れることはなく、使いやいです。 角度も調整しやすく、自分のお気に入りの角度を探してください。 ひとつ残念なところがあるとするのならば、両面テープマグネットは対応していないところです、、、、

磁力は強く完璧ですが、2ヶ月でヒンジ箇所が緩くなり使えないようになりました。耐久性に問題あります。

品質や質感は大変良いと思いますが、指を入れるリングの形状が楕円状なので、指を入れる角度が限定されます。リング自体に回転機構がないので、状況によって指の角度を合わせるのが面倒です。やはり、このリングのようにマグネット部分で無理やり回転させるのではなく、今流行りの回転機構を内蔵されたものの方が使いやすいです。

iPhone 17 Pro MaxとPixel 10 Pro XLで使っています。 iPhoneは中央に林檎マークが来なくてガッカリですね。本製品の問題ではなくてiPhoneの問題ですが。 リングとしてはタイトルに書いた通り、磁力は十分な一方、ヒンジがだいぶ固めです。時間とともに柔らかくなるかもですが、リングを起こそうとするとヒンジの固さに磁力が負けてスマホから外れてしまうことがあります。ちょっと注意が必要ですね。ただ、この2段階の関節でスマホのスタンドの役割を果たすので、200g以上の重量を支えなければならないことを考えると仕方ないのかも知れません。 価格も控えめですし、大きめのスマートフォンをお使いの方にオススメです。

2025/4/7追記 サポートよりご連絡があり新しい物に交換いただけました！ とても丁寧な対応で助かりました！ 新しいものはしっかり使えているので星を修正いたします。 ----------------------------------------------- ESRはケースなども購入しており、耐久度に期待して1か月ちょっと前にスマホリングを購入いたしました。 しかし、1か月ちょっとしかたっていないにグラグラになってしまい、固定ができなくなってしまいました。 リングが大きく、スタンド状態にもできて便利だと思っていたのですがまさかすぐ使えなくなるとは思っていなかったので残念です。 一応つかいがってはよかったので星2とします。

磁力はそこそこ強い。あとはヒンジがどれだけ保つか…

Ich habe den Magnet für mein IPhone 13 Mini gekauft. Auch wenn das anbringen mit der Schablone auf einer Hülle etwas experimentell ist, tut der Magnet was er soll und sämtliches MagSafe Zubehör hält klasse. Scharfkantig finde ich das ganze auch nicht. Positiv zu bewerten ist auch der Kundenservice von ESR. Nachdem in meiner Verpackung nur einer statt zwei Ringen war, wurde mir direkt eine neue Sendung zugeschickt.

I used to think MagSafe was a gimmick…until I bought this thing. There have been many situations where it would be convenient to be able to prop my phone up. My wife has long had a case with a built-in loop type thing & she loves it. So, i thought “why not” and I’ll try this. If I hate it I can return it, and I loved that since it’s magnetic I can obviously detach it whenever I want too. It’s not as big a commitment as a case with a built-in Loop/Handle. Lol. Well, I NEVER detach this thing from my phone. I’m seriously never without it. i absolutely love it. The magnet is surprisingly strong and has never fallen off accidentally. The only way this thing falls off is when I’m wearing ONE specific backpack of mine, the straps of which seem to be custom-designed to sweep this right off the back of my phone. 🤬🤬 But that’s the best part; even though this thing has hit the pavement multiple, multiple times, and I’ve owned it well over a year (longer?) it still functions as if it was brand new. I have NO clue how ESR engineered this thing so that the articulating parts stay so tight & firm, esp and even after CONSTANT, DAILY use, and a whole lot of drops, but holy cow - it’s amazing. This thing is SOLID and extremely well designed. It has taken some good dings / divots / scratches because of my stupid backpack brushing it off, but again; that’s my fault. Other than firmly being swept off, this thing holds like crazy, and even though it’s fallen dozens of times, it still works like new & doesn’t look THAT bad, all things considered. I’m still extremely happy with it, and still surprised how much I really love using this thing. it is just so darn handy. It also makes your phone a lot easier to hold for extended periods of time. Overall, 10/5 little device. If you have ever even had the slightest inclination to buy something like this, BUY IT! Just try it out! ***Oh; and ensure of course you have a fully mag-safe compatible phone case!!!*** Great job, ESR.
