Much brighter then standard lights, tested down a dark lane and much better for night driving. Fitted to a IQ but design for this car is same bulb for main beam so not that bright as it has a flap inside. Deod reccomend theses.

Nice, bright bulbs. Comes well packaged, with a pair of cotton gloves so you can avoid touching the glass. Nice touch. I ordered two, without realising that they come in pairs. The price was less than half the price of a single bulb from Halfords, so I didn’t imagine there would be two in each item! As each bulb is less than a quarter of the price of the one from Halfords, I don’t mind keeping the extra ones as spares!!

Had to replace the Philips halogens in my Toyota C-HR, prices vary all over the place and mean absolutely nothing. Decided on these as I needed replacements immediately as the winter days/nights mean that I tend to be driving around in the dark more. Came next day, well packaged (good job as Amazon's delivery driver threw them over the backgate!) Quick and easy installation, without any problems. Tried them this morning, and they work great. The distance they cover seems very similar to the original Philips ones, but what I do like is they're closer in colour to my white sidelights rather than the yellow tint of the original halogens. Don't know how long they're last, or if there'll be any future issues... but I'll update when something changes, for now though I'd recommend them! UPDATE: 14/4/21 ... Well sad to say they only lasted 6months, well, one of them anyway. So looks like I need to order replacements, but they're still so cheap I may as well get another set.

Came with gloves to handle the 2 bulbs. They are the ideal headlamp replacement bulbs for a Yaris 64 plate. The way to remove the old bulb is to turn the bulb fixture to your left and then pull straight out. Disconnecting it is a little fiddly, but you can use a very thin/flat object to help release the catch as you pull the old headlamp bulb off. As always, make sure you can see the logic before you try too hard. No removal of parts was needed apart from the old bulb itself.

These are no real improvement over stock halogens , yes the light is a bit whiter but that is about it, they are easy to fit but that depends on car and access on an insignia a few minutes, if you want a slightly whiter light go ahead and buy if you don't then don't, longevity I can say took them out after a couple of days and put in Led bulbs which do make an improvement, i will keep these for when car testing is due

To start off these bulbs blew 1 hour into my first night journey. 1 HOUR. Luckily the sensible side of me kept the old bulbs in the car as a just in case. Whilst working the light quality wasn't actually that bad just a little to focused it was like looking at to laser pens the light was that consentrated. There was no spread of light and applying full beam had little to no effect. Although probably some success story's from these bulbs I won't make the mistake of paying for them again.

Arrived in good time, bulbs are presented in a nice little box and protected with soft material packing inside the box as well as a styrofoam slip over the glass of each bulb, general instructions provided in the box for installation along with a pair of anti static gloves. Only just installed them have not driven on the road with them but I can tell the light emitting from the headlight is brighter than the Phillips branded HIR2 bulbs I had installed previously.

L'installation de ce type d'ampoules est simple et rapide, celles ci ne dérogent pas à la règle. Niveau luminosité c'est parfait elles doivent développer les 55w de puissance demandés et la température de la couleur d'éclairage est assez équilibré. En résumé pour le prix je vous les conseille ! Ps: je viens de les monter je ne peux pas évaluer leur durée de vie !

Ich fahre einen Toyota Auris (Bj 2015) welche echt ein sehr mieses Licht in Serienausstattung besitzt, aus diesem Grund war ich schon länger auf der Suche nach guten Birnen. Mit diesen Birnen wurde die Ausleuchtung wirklich deutlich verbessert! Ist ein weißeres Licht als ich vorher hatte und macht es daher etwas heller. Auch ist die Lichtausbeute besser als mit den Serienmäßigen Birnen. Jedoch reicht es nicht um aus dem bescheiden gebauten Scheinwerfer eine wirklich gute Sicht heraus zu holen, aber dazu kann die Birne nichts sondern Toyota.
