Is the pillow fabric breathable...meaning does it make your neck sweaty?

Got this for my mother, she uses constantly and says it never makes her neck sweat.

Is the pillow too stiff?

Soft enough to use, I love this supportive pillow, not like those with beads, much too soft.

We have only had it six months, and already the zipper is broken. How do I get a new cover?

Hi, you can contact us for a replacement by searching for fabudayhome on FB or email us at kingnord@tom.com. We'll give you a 100% satisfying solution to help.

Would the white memory foam be stained blue? Any odor?

Maybe it is the problem of stock or transport. There is a little blue on the foam, but not affecting the normal use.
