Genuine purchase. Arrived today ordered yesterday. Its like a piece of art. The finish is amazing. It really stands out in my kitchen and looks a million dollars. On the practical side it does exactly what it says on the box and despite all its beauty the fact remains that its function is to boil water. It does so quickly and quietly. Press a button on the handle and the chrome lid opens to allow easy filling. Has a filter included at the spout. Pours smoothly and the whole thing is well balanced in the hand. Not cheap I grant you but nowhere near as expensive as some I looked at and none of them were as pretty. Love it.

Bought this to match my toaster they look really elegant together. Good value, easy to fill with flip lid, its very quiet and boils fast.

I picked this kettle up after my old Russell Hobbs finally gave out. My first instinct was to just buy the same model again because it had served me well for years, but after going back and forth a bit, I decided to try this one instead. So far, I don’t regret the switch. The design feels compact and genuinely premium, and it looks great sitting on the counter. The only thing I’m slightly unsure about is the on/off switch; it doesn’t feel as sturdy as the one on my previous kettle. I’m hoping it holds up over time, but only daily use will tell. Performance-wise, it’s noticeably quieter than my old kettle, which I really appreciate. The only trade-off is that it has a bit less water volume overall; that’s something to keep in mind. It’s only been about three to four days of using it, so I’m still in the early stages of testing it out. I’ll keep an eye on how it performs over the next few weeks and update my thoughts once I’ve had more time with it.

Bought this as an emergency Which? mag recommendation after my old one blew up, and pleased with it after 2 weeks. I usually only boil one cup and this has a measure for that. The spout is brilliant for pouring - best one I've ever had. The flip side is the spout is therefore not the best for filling from the tap, but there's a push button to open the lid easily. Not too heavy. Not too noisy. Boils my cup way quicker than the old kettle. Looks nice, although the midnight blue at the bottom is very dark - nearly black. Not immediately obvious from the photos but it's round at the bottom and graduates to square at the top. Metal so the body gets hot, but the lid and handle are plastic and stay cool. At the more expensive end, but it has the features I want so OK with that. (Weirdly, Amazon asked for a rating for flavour. I gave it * although I admit that I haven't licked it).

The kettle looks and feels high end, so easy to use and absolutely love the steel with the midnight blue. Really glad I chose this combo as I was looking for a coloured kettle before purchasing this one. And it's very quiet compared to our old kettle. Deffo recommend it x

Fast and efficient, looks good too

This was a fantastic kettle when I bought it. 6 months on it has developed a whistle when it boils which is extreamly irritating. I can't find any other way to complain. So here it's is. Don't buy!

Bought in April broke in Dec

This is the best kettle I've ever owned: (1) I used to wait ages for the kettle to boil - this kettle is SO quick that now I hardly have time to put the bag in the cup and get the milk before the water is boiling, and (2) I used to have to move into the other room if I was on the phone while the kettle was on - this kettle is SO quiet that I can have a conversation right beside it while it's boiling. Those people who complained about the switch must have been pressing down on it really hard - there's nothing wrong with it as far as I'm concerned. 10 stars!

Very nice and not noisy to get boiling water.

Only lasted about a year when the on switch just fell off and rendered it useless. Good looking device, very quiet and fast. But lasting a around a year isn't good enough.

Looks great! And so quiet compared to my previous electric kettle. It's quick as well. Pricier than regular kettles but worth it.
