Four stars - no complaints, and for a supplement that is most of what you can fairly say. The things I actually check are all fine here: it is a straightforward single-ingredient extract rather than a proprietary blend with twelve things in tiny amounts, the capsules are a normal size that goes down without drama, and there is no lingering taste afterwards. The bottle maths is the part that keeps me buying rather than trying something else. One capsule a day against a 120-count bottle means roughly four months per purchase, so even though the sticker price is higher than the little 60-count bottles, the cost per serving is well below them. It is a boring advantage, but it is the reason it stays in the cabinet. Four rather than five stars only because the label does not spell out the extract ratio as clearly as I would like - if you are comparing against a 4:1 or 13% phytosterol product, do that homework yourself before ordering. Otherwise, it does exactly what the listing says with nothing to complain about.
