Really happy with this product , easy to take with water , there is only a little tiny bit of taste but very subtle , I’m sure if you add it to coffee or smoothies you won’t even notice . I could definitely see results in my skin , hair and nails .As my third baby just turned out 9 months this helped me a lot with my confidence specially after having my hair falling a bit more than usual for the last 6 months .I will buy it again for sure !Thank you ~
