This is not my first or second purchase of these Thorne B vitamins. Thorne is a trusted brand and one used by my functional doctor. The brand is straightforward and uses quality ingredients. This is especially important to me as I dont react well to supplements with fillers that actually stress my digestive system and end up doing more harm than good. Some ingredients can cause a reaction which initiates a histamine release and the body treats it as an allergen. The capsule size is reasonable too.
