Cut out size is width 10 1/4 " and 19 3/8 " and the glass top is 11 1/2" and 20 1/2 "

It plugs in to any outlet but unplug it When not in use it has no safety features my cat turned it on lucky i was home i had a pan of oil on the stove another time a 4 yr old sat a pizza box on it antd it turned on it could have burned my house down unsafe and i compaind no response from manufacturers
