Just received mine, & it's more oval than round. Shouldn't be that way, right?

Brand new it should for sure be round. I work in a Pilates studio and the circles get somewhat oval shaped after LOTS of use.

What size would be best for someone who is 5" tall?

My wife is 5' 3" and she likes the mini. I am 5' 9" and I use the regular.
