Is this one of those bags that is floppy, that is doesn't stand up well when empty/partially filled?

Yes it is floppy. It is also well constructed and should last several years. It is very reasonably priced and serves its purpose. I travel internationally for weeks at a time. I also travel stateside every 2-3 months for a week or so at a time. I can say it has served me well for my purposes.

How do you wash these bags?

I would just wash it by hand. Its sturdy enough to put into a washer but I would fear that it would lose its shape. Its a great bag too.

Can you fit a pair of shoes in there?

only if you mean kids shoes. Nobody in my family could fit a pair of shoes in this bag.

Kurzgefasst: - Gute Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten sowie Aufteilung über eine seitlichen Zipper und die Fächer im Inneren. Allgemein genügend Stauraum. - Sieht cool aus und scheint auch recht qualitativ zu sein. Es wird sich zeigen wie das Kunstleder im unteren Bereich der Tasche auf lange Dauer standhält, denn Kunstleder fleddert ja gerne mal. - Ansonsten hab ich nichts zu beanstanden :)
