My thoughts after 1 year of use
I use this for my novolog pens abs they fit just fine. After a couple months, i realized they fit even better and are more convenient if I stick them in cap side down. The pocket clip of the cap holds them in the slot firmly enough that I can just pull the pen out of the cap and slide it back in when I'm done. Super handy! And that pop! Pulling open the pen compartment gives a very satisfying audible pop to this day. Niiiice.I've used it every day for a year now and it's still in great shape. The needle compartment assembly came apart once but snapped easily back together. The needle slots are handy but not for all pen needles, as packaging size differs on some products. Overall, it generally still works as intended so kudos to the Strawberry people and the company they keep. There aren't many scratches but I'm not using it to open bottles or anything. If you're looking for a bottle opener, I'd try another product.Amazon wants me to talk about odor resistance and uh well it doesn't smell bad even though I work in a kitchen, I guess. As to temperature retention, it's fine for what it is. There is no active cooling method apart from tossing it into the fridge. The sealed space doesn't allow airflow so there's no heat being convected in the insulin pen housing so that's a plus.Keep it out of prolonged sun exposure and away from heat sources because the plastic will get hot and eventually conduct enough heat to destroy your insulin. This hasn't happened to me yet despite carrying it with me in 90F+ degree weather on my walks, runs, camping and other adventures I may have signed an NDA about. The plastic might maybe be microwave safe but please just don't. Apart from the metal in the needle and the pens, the radiation absolutely will kill your insulin. I don't even know why you would do this. Just do not. Thank you.Not exactly what I'd call pocket sized but fits well in a pouch or purse or fanny pack or some specialized diebetes bandolier I just thought of and will attempt to craft this weekend because I'm a feral crafter.tl;dr: good quality, really satisfying pop, not really what I'd call a cooler but it's worked fine so far for what I need. Recommended for daily general use.

Perfect Case for Travel
This insulin hard case is perfect for traveling! It keeps everything organized, protected, and secure while on the go. The hard exterior gives me peace of mind that my supplies are safe, and the size is just right without being bulky. It has plenty of room for everything I need and makes traveling so much easier. I highly recommend this case for anyone looking for a durable, convenient, and travel friendly storage solution.

Hands down, the nicest case I've bought for insulin or semaglutide pens.
This is a great travel case for my insulin. Even though I don't have to keep mine refrigerated after taking it out from being refrigerated, it can stay good for up to 28 days unrefrigerated. I don't use it like a cooler case. I use it to take with me wherever I go, and since it has an extra compartment to keep my needle tips in, it is very convenient. I actually throw it in a larger travel case that also stores my glucometer test strips and pricking pen. The case is very sturdy and looks really nice visually. The sleeves are a bit tight when pulling them out, but that's a good thing, keeping them from coming loose in the future. But so far, so good; everything checks out on quality and price, and you can also use it to store other pens like semaglutide. I believe you will be happy with this if you get it.

Very handy
Great idea. Very sleek and it keeps everything together. Definitely very handy when traveling or just for regular use.

Insulin case
Great case and fits nice in my purses of different sizes. One issue is there is no where to put alcohol wipes, unless you fold and stuff them in with the insulin.

Nice and compact
I bought this so that I could put my extra Novolog in it while I was camping. It just stayed in the fridge the whole time. The pen needles are a bit to big to place in the holder but I got it to work. Wish there was a spot for 2 insulin pens so I could have a holder for a Long and Short acting Insulin Pens.

Needle compartment
It's great for my insulin but where you put the needles that's not so great because it likes to come apart

Easy to use and carry in a purse.
This is the best thing for keeping your injection cool if it has to be kept in the fridge. I love that it has a place to keep extra needles so that you have some on hand if you have to travel with it. Very simple to use and I have no problems at all.

Best investment
I only heard of this and it’s easy to use. It’s protected my pens and keep my needles safe and not loose in the bag. It’s easy to take with me to work and does keep to temperature needed.
