If you don't replace, will it permanently scratch the screen? Like by the time i know i need to change, will it be too late?

I have not found this to be the case. However, I prefer to write with a pointy tip, so I change the tip as soon as I notice it has gone flat.

Are these nib the same as the ones that come with the premium pen?

The nibs are the same, but the packaging is different. This comes with 10 nibs.

Do these work with Remarkable markers? And how do they compare quality wise?

They work the same on both products. The only difference I’ve noticed is the magnet alignment is slightly different so magnetic storage may not produce the optimal result.

How do you know when to replace your pen tip?

If you drop it the pen will go tip first to the ground and I assure you it will need replaced or it will act crazy in the screen. So far after weeks of daily use no need to replace tips. I suspect they last far longer than expected. FYI but the least expensive replacements you can find they are all the same.
