I bought this to help rehab my right hand after trigger finger tendon release surgery. I love it! I especially like that the tension of hand grip is adjustable which is ideal for me. I can start low and increase the tension as my fingers heal and get stronger. The ball doubles for me as a grip strengthener and therapy for desensitizing my scars. Highly recommended.

The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.

The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.

Been having some tendinitis or whatever in my elbow. Little tools like this get the blood flowing through the area and I notice the really help. I wanted something I could use that wasn't going to tax my grip (ie wasn't necessarily a grip strengthening tool), but that would just let me get the blood flowing as I said. These are adjustable though so you could do some sets/reps and develop some strength there too. The value with getting the different implements is great. Only thing is the flexor band is a little too tight. Would be nicer to have a lower resistance one so that you could actually do repetition with them, but the one you get is quite high on the resistance. Good for static pressure, but you wont be opening your hand much, if at all.
