Why product came very chunky, looks like dryed out and not liquid. Is it defective or used or expired?

Lumpy cream is NOT defective item. It'll be solidified at temperatures below 77°F (25℃). To restore it to its creamy consistency, simply place the bottle in 212°F (100℃) boiling water for 15-20 minutes before use.

Why doesn't this product work as well as it says it does?

Please note the following correct steps 1)Put a HOT TOWEL on your nose for 5-10 minutes for opening the pores. 2)During application, simply apply a THIN LAYER to the nose 3)Put the paper on and wait 10-15 minutes to DRY and slowly peel it off.

Why the smell is absolutely horrendous? It smells like industrial chemicals.

For the product to be effective, we had to use a natural formula with a gluey scent to remove the blackheads. So we used aloe vera to weaken the smell. If you don't like the smell, please msg us promptly, we will give you a good experience!
