I will update if this gets resolved, but as of today, I'm not happy with this 4-in-1 steamer/frother. I have kept it well below the max fill line each time, and it always explodes, making a huge mess, wasting milk and causing me to give up on my usual latte. I also think it's a bit clunky unless you have big hands. My previous frother had a nice little handle which made the process easier as well as the ability to put the pitcher in the dishwasher - not possible with this item. And finally, the milk doesn't get hot enough, imo. I've reached out to Zulay, but as of this writing, it's going to get returned unless they can explain why it won't make a clean batch hot milk w/foam.

I love my milk frother. I have a built-in one for my DeLonghi espresso machine but the lattes were lame so I decided to buy this milk frother. I've been using it daily for a few months and it never disappoints. It's quick, easy to clean, and there's lots of foam....maybe too much foam, but I'm still happy with my latte. I use the cold foam option for my matcha lattes and it is splendid. When I use the hot/warm milk frothing options, I love the smell of the milk. I highly recommend this product as it's reasonably priced, functional, and reliably great.

Works as described and looks great on my counter, easy to clean.

Didn't work as well as we hoped. The froth didnt last too long & its just something else to clean.

Works good!
