Have been using this for about 4 months and seeing signs of age reversal. Hair growth on my ears ha e slowed, and my silver hair has some color appearing. Still using this hoping further reversal.

I underproduce pregnenolone and this has been great for supplementing and balancing my steroids / hormones. I like that it is time released as it's absorbed via the derma. It has a wee bit less than 60 day supply (I use 2x/day), but $30 is about $1 per day to have a sense of peace... 🤗 I have not tried oral pregnenolone, but I have read about studies using upward of 250mg / day, building up over a 12 week period, for Autism. I may start using oral and topical to see if that is a better fit for me...

This is my second order. I didn't know what is the purpose of pregnenolone when I bought it the first time. To be truthful, I still don't completely understand the workings of its benefits. All I know is that my body craves it. My skin drinks it in. I am careful to listen to my body's needs. The benefit I see is similar to when I drink quality water. My skin noticeably gets hydrated, becomes luminous and smooth. I will keep using it for the positive results. When I have time after Spring, I will read up on how this product benefits the body. In the meanwhile, I will enjoy the benefits. At this time, it is like learning how a car engine works when all I want is to drive the car without having to know how the engine propels the car.

I wish all people knew about pregnenolone. I am 48 and have been struggling with all sorts of increasingly bothersome symptoms. I take HRT which helps, but nothing comes close to pregnenolone. It has improved my energy, memory, sleep and general well being. This particular cream is so light and pleasant to use. I would recommend to take the cream before going to bed though. Pregnenolone relaxes and can make one sleepy. Also I learned not to start with a full dose at first, but gradually increase it when taking it for the first time.
