Easy to use
Has 120 settings. Easy to turn on and off, diff modes. Heavy duty but still can lift and move to storage. Can fit under a high bed but not a low. I have had almost a year without problems other than replacing the remote.

Solidly built
It is solid and great quality. The highest setting will vibrate you right out the door if you aren't ready for it. It is fantastic to stand on after a busy day at work as well as after a heavy workout. Love that it has speakers you can Bluetooth your music to. Definitely worth every penny.

Highly recommend this vibration plate. Great price for home use.
I love this vibration plate and use it daily. It’s extremely quiet and easy to operate. You need to remember to not lock your knees when you first start using it. Doing a very slight squat will help you get used to the vibration. Great for muscle relaxation and I feel great after using it. Started with one minute and have worked up to five minutes a day. Will work up to ten minutes.

If it feels good do it!
If u want a vibration plate this one is perfect. Just 99.00 and it has attachment for upper body. I didn’t want it but I love it. I spend 5 min on upper body and the rest doing squats or knee bends or just walking. I’m not young but enjoy this workout very much. I will say I bought it for bone growth but my dr said it won’t help. But I enjoy it and it elevates my mood.
