What is the reason for noise such as current when the amplifier is connected correctly?

Please check that there is no current sound at no load and make sure that the surrounding current signals are not causing interference. Please make sure that all cables are fully pushed into the device, as incomplete connections can cause distortion.

Can the Bluetooth function and the wired connection be used at the same time?

Please note that the Bluetooth function and the wired function cannot be used at the same time. When you want to use the amplifier via the Bluetooth function, do not connect any devices to the jacks (except the microphone jack).

Can you connect two devices with bluetooth?

No, connecting two devices at the same time will cause the audio stream to be interrupted. You can only disconnect and then connect to another device.

When the Bluetooth connection is unstable, try the following steps to fix it.

1. Make sure there are no obstacles (especially metal) blocking the signal. 2. Switch off the amplifier, disconnect and clear the connection of the Bluetooth transmission device, and then try to reconnect.

Why does only one channel work?

The amplifier is not intended to be used alone, it needs to be used with other electronic equipment, so it needs to be troubleshot on a case-by-case basis! Make sure that the positive and negative wires connecting the speakers are connected together!
