I've loved sour rye crackers all my life. I've been dismayed to see them disappear from grocery shelves in the US over the decades, apparently not sweet, fatty, or salty enough for most Americans. I'm so glad these are available to order in bulk. They stand in well for fresh European style sour rye bread, but keep indefinitely, good for packing on day or longer backpacks with especially tinned fish, sturdy enough to act like a spoon. Clean simple ingredient list, true sourdough tang, caraway helps with digestion of rich toppings like that fish, or stinky cheeses. I have a frequent kid visitor who asks for these all the time, giving me hope that our food future does not belong to Keebler elves and the like, with their insistence on putting fat and sugar into crackers.

Family favorite. Stay crisp forever. My Finnish husband introduced me to them.

YES YES YES these are one of the best crackers I continually purchase. CON: price PRO: healthy, thin, just enough I AM pleased with over all product but not with price. I try to buy on sale for that seems to be my time to get a regular price some what? The crackers are so thin and crispy you can put anything with it or on it and feel like your not cheating yourself out of good taste or health smarts. I hove this product that I have been ordering IT for over three years now. I have even used it as a base for my pies and mixed in my health cookies....WOW they go with anything!

delicious but rather expensive

FYI, I bought these at the end of March and they have a Use By date at the beginning of July. That's not much time to use up nine boxes, and I'd be concerned if I didn't know better. These things last practically forever--here's no fat in them to go rancid, and they're in sealed plastic inside the box. One time I bought a large supply when a grocery store was going out of business, and I think I was still eating them after a year. To me, these are nicer than Wasa, Ryvita or Ry Krisp. They are very thin and crispy and you don't get that mouthful-of-sawdust feeling from them. They're very good for spreading a stiff cheese like cream cheese right out of the fridge, as they are sturdy and won't break up like a saltine would. Healthy, tasty, and a great price. Go for it!

I love this cracker. It's healthy and delicious.

These are not full of zippy flavor but l like them with cheese. Made with good whole grain ingredients which is important for me.

Good stuffin's, as I do better with rye grains versus wheat. Love these crackers in all flavors!
