I just purchased a glock19 mos and put on a vortex venom rds so will these work in replacement of stock sights in case of rds failure.

I also mounted the Vortex Venom on my 19 MOS and purchased these specific suppressor sights for co-witnessing. I can confidently tell you these sights DO NOT co-witness. The rear sights sit slightly below the Venom therefore failing to co-witness. I returned the Venom (for other reasons) and went with a Trijicon RMR which these sights will co witness with. The Venom has a taller rear base vs the Trijicon. Hope that helps.

will this sight fit on a Glock 22 .40 cal (the gun is about 15 years old but in perfect condition).

Hello Greg, I am not an expert but I put these on an old model 19 9 mm that is around the same age as your forty. I also have an old model 22 (let's say Generation one rather than old) and the site appears to be the same for the 40 and the 9mm So yes this sight will work. Only thing is if you are using a site tool this site barely fits in the tool and it takes some care not to scratch the top of the site due to its height. So keep that in mind if you are buying a sight tool, get one that fits tall sites. With these I didn't even have to buff down the rear sight, it slid in tight and smooth without too much problem. I have noted there are different models of sights for different models of Glocks. Will this sight fit on a G20?

Ameriglo model 329 WILL FIT ALL Glocks except 42 & 43 as per Ameriglo fit chart.

Will these sights be tall enough to clear a Silencerco Osprey suppressor?

I can tell you that they do not clear an Omega K. They sit just flush with it.
