What is the expiration?

There's no expiration both on package and the bottle of sunscreen, neither. There's a printed code at the bottom of the bottle,1242ID-F, but it has nothing to do with expiration, I think.

Is this 2021 formula?

Yes it appears to be. The bottle lid is a different color from the lid from the 2020 formulation.

Does this product actually contain milk (dairy)

I do not think so, it is a Liquid in white color , looks like milk
