Great bang for the buck
Easy to ise. The moisture in my basement is gone and somis that musty smell. I set it up on a shelf so it can continually drain into my utility sink. Very quiet.

Effective and easy to use
We use this in a second floor bedroom to dehumidify the whole 1800 ft house. Works well to prevent mold. It does make noise but at an acceptable level. Evacuation is daily but not too difficult as there is a bath sink close by.

Humidity Lowered to Safe Levels - One month of running = $60 extra on electricity bill per month.
Love that the humidifier brought the humidity levels in my basement down from 73% to 40%, but the cost of running the humidifier for one month added $60 to our electricity bill (it was the only new thing added).

Good product
This system seems to work very well in our basement. It has settings so it only runs as needed to maintain, drains so we don’t have to change the bucket inside, and the air is no longer damp.

Great option
Boyfriend set it up says it was super easy instructions were simple Went thru Rufus ai and bounced a ton of different options off of it and this was the best budget option for my humid basement unit Will be recommending to others

Surprised but also disappointed
Wish I could rate this item more because it does a great job at dehumidifying but it makes a consistently loud whine noise and the air being pushed out is above 40dB when it was marketed as 40dB or below. Sadly disappointed and will be returning.
