For caffeine replacement, I stopped drinking coffee and chew these instead now. It’s not the same and the caffeine seems minimal. It helps with headaches if you’re coming off of coffee but overall you need maybe 2-3 chews per day to get a full caffeine fix. Which means it’s really expensive. I’ve found that the spearmint flavor tastes better. The wintergreen tastes pretty bad at first.

I like this gum but I feel as if there’s some false advertising… I love my caffeine so I was hoping this gum would be a good replacement for my 2+ coffees a day but i didn’t feel the effects. The gum tasted good and held onto flavor for a good amount of time but it didn’t give me the “energy focused” sensation that it was supposed to. I’ve heard other people rave about this product so it might just depend on the person. But after 2 weeks of this gum I switched back to my usual coffee intake.

This product is amazing it helps me focus doing my paperwork and gives me the energy to do long drives 3 plus hours with having the stamina to mow numerous (6-7) yards in a day , I use this product instead of caffeine pills and energy drinks , I am a 60 year old man
