良い 飲みにくいが大丈夫

一粒が非常に大きいです。まとめて飲むのは無理がありますので食後一粒ずつ3回に分けて飲んでます。有効成分と価格ともコスパ良いサプリメントです。Amazonで買うと送料掛からないので必要な物はAmazonで買ってますが種類が少ないのでいろんな種類のサプリメントを買う場合直接iherbで買ってます。

Llevo casi dos años tomando este omega 3 y puedo decir que realmente vale la pena. Me gusta porque tiene una buena concentración de EPA y DHA, y he notado mejoras tanto en mi energía como en la recuperación después del ejercicio. No me deja sabor a pescado como otros que probé antes, y las cápsulas no son difíciles de tomar. La calidad ha sido constante en cada compra, por eso lo sigo usando. ممتاز جداً افضل شركه من ناحية توفير EPA و DHA بجرعة عاليه وسعر ممتاز صحيح ان مع التشجؤ راح تحس بطعم السمك لكن عادي تتعود عليه والرهيب انه وصلني بيومين استلمته بفرع سمسا والحلو ان الكبسولات ماتعرضت للحراره وماكانت لازقة ببعض توب التوب عن طريق امازون - قبلها كان عندي نفس المنتج لكن طلبته من تطبيق iherb شحن ارامكس ( مبرد ) استلام من الفرع وصلني متأخر بعد ١٠ ايام تقريبا والكبسولات تعرضت للحراره و لازقة في بعض حتى اني اتقروش لما ابي اطلع ٣ كبسولات -
