Is the resolution of the TMR joystick much higher than Hall effect joysticks?

No. For controllers, the bandwidth of these three types is sufficient. The resolution mainly depends on the sampling precision of the backend MCU

Is the power consumption of the TMR joystick much lower than the Hall joystick?

If just the sensor, TMR is lower.

Why AKNES TMR is not compatible with Xbox Elite/Xbox One?

Because there are no good software/tools available to perform joystick calibration.
