How do you transform megatron?

This set of toys is impossible to transform. I’m currently trying to find a YouTube video that helps. If I figure it out, I’ll definitely post here. Sorry

How do you transform megatron

I brought these for my son almost a year ago and we still are unable to transform megatron. We searched for a YouTube video to try to help us and we couldn’t find anything. To be honest Optimus prime doesn’t completely transform either. Sorry, I know this doesn’t help.

How do you transform Optimus prime? Having trouble with the cab of the truck.

Try going to YouTube. That's what my 5 year old grandson does when he gets stumped. Other than that, I have no suggestions. I do know that he got one that it was really hard to get it turned into the car but can't remember if it was Optimus Prime.
