Great customer service! I ordered this bow and arrow set for my son and it was missing the string. I contacted the company and they sent him an entire new bow and arrow package at no extra charge. The product itself is very high quality and was perfect size for my 9 year old!.

It’s a good starter kit tho the tips aren’t for much more than just paper. Will need to get different tips to use targets that aren’t paper. Great value for kids, they liked it. It functions well. They have used it even for cosplaying lol 😆

Just some simple limbs and plastic to hold it all together. For the price you get a great entry into archery. My nieces and nephews used it ages from 8-15 and they all loved it. Arm gaurd a bit to big for smaller ones but still works. Arrows are cheap and very dull but not really a bad thing, shot them into hard wood many times and no arrows broke which is a plus. The plastic fetching did come off a few easily but arrows flew fine anyways. Limbs are fiberglass and you can tell they may flay a bit where you insert them but so far still good. Overall archery is a great Hobbie for boys and girls, teaches patience, hand eye coordination, muscle control and posture. Would recommend as a good first step for anyone.

After just two years of intermittent use, the arrows are starting to fray, giving my 9yo son fiberglass splinters. Remove these with string duct tape, fyi.
